Yunho Eo (Rev.)

I am Yunho Eo (last name pronounced ‘Aw’), the pastor of Christ Crossman UMC, born in Korea and married to Joungwon Eo.  Joungwon and I came to America to study and yet, God had another beautiful plan for us, ordained ministry.

I graduated from Korea University majoring in Business Administration and worked at Samsung.  Coming to America, I received my MBA at North Carolina Central and completed coursework for a Ph. D in Economics at NC State. In the midst of my study, God called me to the Ordained Ministry through a physical healing.  I received my Master of Divinity from Duke University and Doctor of Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary.

I served Greensboro Korean UMC (West North Carolina) Conference, planted and served Emmaus at Stratford Hill UMC in Richmond, and served Colonial Beach UMC.

My ministry focuses on “Disciple Training” and “Small Group Ministry” leading the church to dynamic fellowship, spiritual formation, leadership development, and winning soul.  I am looking forward to serving you. Please come and join us for the work of Kingdom of God! May God richly bless you!

Mallory Ringenbach (Children and Youth Ministries Coordinator) attended Brevard College in Western North Carolina where she received her B.A. in Elementary Education.  Through her high school and college years, she has gained experience working and connecting with children of all ages through theatre, after school programs and childcare, volunteer opportunities, and summer camp programs. Mallory found her niche in the United Methodist Church at an early age, as a participant in weekly worship, and as an enthusiastic member of her home youth group. She hopes to help the young people of Christ Crossman navigate through the many blessings and opportunities God has to offer, and establish an enduring relationship with God and each other. “We can never be hopeless, because we can never been irreparably broken. We think that we are invincible because we are.”
